Orders are normally processed and shipped within one week of placement. If a delay should occur, we will notify the customer as to the reason for the delay. Occasionally sizes will run out before the website is updated, so we will do our best to contact the customer as soon as possible for directions on whether to substitute or cancel the order. We appreciate your business and strive to provide the best customer service available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Shirts and sarongs may be returned if they are unworn and unwashed. Please include the tags and original packaging if possible. Upon receiving the returned item, Gavin Arts will credit your credit card or PayPal account. If you paid by check, we will issue a refund check within one week.

Posters and fine artwork are not returnable. Contact Gavin Arts if any damage occurs in transit and we will work to remedy the situation.

Exchanges

Shirts and sarongs may be returned for exchange if they are unworn and unwashed.

To exchange a single item, please include the tags, original packaging, a note regarding which new size is needed, and $5.00 return postage + any price difference (if applicable) on an exchange for a larger item.

To exchange more than one item, please contact us.

Under no circumstance will items be refunded or exchanged if they have been worn or washed.

Product Information

The following are general product guidelines. We reserve the right to substitute fabrics of like quality based on availability.

Most sweatshirts are white Hanes 50/50 7.9 oz. and are white or gray unless noted otherwise. Most T-shirts are 100% pre-washed cotton featuring a large design on the back and a logo on the front left chest. Most T-shirts are white other than certain items which are noted appropriately.

Gavin Hawaiian™ fabrics are 55% cotton/45% rayon except Yosemite Hawaiian™ which is 100% poplin. Wash in cold water only. Shirts will not shrink if washed properly. Washed shirts are not refundable.

Gavin Hawaiian™ sizes are just a bit larger than standard T-shirt sizes. If you wear Men's Large T-shirts, a Gavin Hawaiian™ Men's Large will be a good choice.

Washing Instructions

For both 100% cotton poplin (Yosemite Hawaiian™) and 45% rayon, 55% cotton (San Clemente, Huntington Beach, Blue Angel, Thunderbird and Marine Corps Hawaiian™) shirts, wash cold, dry cool and remove from dryer immediately after cycle to prevent wrinkling. You may also hang to dry. If your garment has shrunk, it is due to hot water in the wash and/or hot dryer. The rayon blend will not shink if washed properly. Washed shirts that have shrunk cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Under no circumstance will items be refunded or exchanged if they have been worn or washed.

Shopping, shipping & handling

You can add or remove items from your shopping cart at any time. Nothing is final until you choose to check out.

A $1 handling charge will be added to most clothing items other than Gavin Hawaiian™ apparel. The price displayed in your cart for clothing items will include handling.

Posters are shipped Priority Mail in heavy-duty shipping tubes. $6.00 shipping will be added to each poster.
